RETURNS
Aprea boutique intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE
To make a return and/or exchange of goods please follow the following instructions:
1) Do not remove, discard, cut or damage in any way any security seals, tags and/or labels belonging to the purchased product. For perfumes, do not remove the transparent film that wraps the product box.
2) The return must reach us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
3) The shipping costs for the return and/or any storage are always paid by the customer (if the customer is outside the European Union he will also have to pay the customs taxes for the return of the package to Italy).
4) Send an email to the following address apreaboutique@gmail.com or a message via WhatsApp +393339747036 inserting the order number in the subject and communicating your intention to make a made ; you will receive a confirmation email from our staff within 48 hours.
5) The reimbursement will be made after receiving the return and will be equal to the value of the goods purchased. Any outward and/or return shipping costs will not be refunded.
6) To make the return, the customer is free to choose any express courier (postal included). The destination address of the goods is as follows:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GOODS EXCHANGE
In case of exchange of goods, the customer is asked to contact us through the channels mentioned previously.
